心得：一分钟的新闻听了两个多小时，结果还是惨不忍睹啊！ 很多单词都不会写了，还有很多写出来但是根据上下文句意自己都无法理解。打击太大了，看来得多下功夫才行。

心得：今天换了CNN听了一下，总体感觉还是CNN比较好一些。今天的听写比昨天好一点，虽然很多单词还是听不出来，但是大体的意思稍稍可以把握一些了。单词拼写还有待提高。
